We strive to ship to as many destinations as possible, including APO/FPO military addresses where carrier services allow. However, Archiroast reserves the right to decline shipping to certain regions due to legal restrictions, carrier limitations, or high risk of loss.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays. If an order is placed on a weekend or holiday, it will begin processing on the next business day.
During peak seasons, such as major holidays or sales events, processing times may be extended due to high order volume. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
Delivery Timeframes
The delivery timeframe depends on the shipping method selected and the destination country. The estimates provided in the “Shipping Methods” section are approximations and are not guaranteed.
While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframes, Archiroast is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures, adverse weather conditions, or carrier issues. Transit times may vary slightly from the estimates provided.
Shipment Tracking

Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for tracking information to become available after you receive your confirmation email. If you do not see updates within this window, please allow a bit more time for the carrier’s system to process the initial scan.

Please note that we cannot mark packages as gifts or declare a lower value to avoid these fees, as this is against international trade regulations.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
If your package appears to be lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
While we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction, Archiroast is not liable for delays caused by the carrier or customs authorities. We will assist in filing claims with the carrier when applicable, but the final resolution depends on the carrier’s policies.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses at checkout. Archiroast is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be charged for additional shipping costs to reship the order. If you realize you have provided an incorrect address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the information before the order is dispatched.
